The project involves transforming and extending an existing office building built in 1990. The aim was both to take account of the site's new challenges, linked to the Entrée de la Ville de Clichy urban project and its proximity to the Clichy-Batignolles ZAC, and to enhance the former Octroi de Clichy site. The architectural approach was born of the desire to highlight the connection between Clichy and Paris, by providing an introduction to the Mail Martre, the green artery that links the gates of Paris to the quays of Clichy.

The project builds on the structure of the existing building to create three additional storeys, organized according to the dimensions authorized by the PLU and its planned revisions, as well as by road regulations. The result is a building with nine storeys on the north side and eight storeys on the south side.

The building is modular. It meets the needs of a single head office, but can be divided into several units. Floors can be independent, and each floor can be divided into two or even three units.

Most of the meeting rooms are located in the northern part of the first basement level, where heights under the structure are greater. A three-storey atrium provides partial second-day lighting.
