Design and construction of a positive energy tertiary building, housing the headquarters of the Unilever Group and Ingerop, and offices for American Express.

Divided into two autonomous buildings, this Green Office® is a positive-energy tertiary building combining energy performance, occupant well-being and a strong architectural statement.

It adopts a distinctive architectural approach that adds a new dimension to the neighbourhood. The volume of the project is a response to the constraints of the site; the resulting shape is a curve that embraces the irregularity of the site. The project is divided into 2 office buildings giving access to 2 spacious and independent entrance halls, linked by an internal street. Most of the shared office space is located in the east building.
With more than 2,000 sqm of office space on each level, the floors offer comfortable, bright and flexible workspaces that can be rapidly transformed as required. The bioclimatic architecture of Green Office Rueil favours natural sources of lighting and ventilation, reducing users’ energy consumption while improving their well-being.
