Program

Creation of offices for the marketing departments in the former laboratories.

L'Oréal Espace is the construction of an office complex that houses the headquarters of the L'Oréal group, on the existing L'Oréal site, which consists mainly of buildings constructed between 1976 and 1978.

The architecture is in line with the continuity of and deep respect for the pre-existing one, but visibly improves the quality of the spaces shared daily by all the group’s employees, but also in a more discreet way, its uses and logistics. It is a sustainable and highly environmental architecture that not only reduces its carbon footprint, opens up to renewable energy, and is part of a High Environmental Quality approach, but which, by refusing to densify, becomes the setting that houses a vast garden at its heart.

The architectural complex includes three buildings. The atrium constitutes the new centre of gravity of the Espace project and the brand image of L’Oréal. The building also includes: a cafeteria, a brand house, a sports and relaxation area, a health service, a L’Oréal company store, a restaurant, a club, as well as an area dedicated to meeting rooms and auditorium and Panorama rooms.
