Programme

Refurbishment of an 18th-century building for office use.

Following the refurbishment of the Hôtel de Cuzieu, the client wanted to refurbish and restructure an office complex on rue Sainte-Hélène in Lyon.

The existing 18th-century building has been refurbished to house the offices. It has 3 levels above ground and a partial basement level. The basement houses the storage and technical areas, while the reception and meeting rooms are located on the ground floor. The offices are split between the ground and second floors.

The glazed connecting building will be demolished and rebuilt to connect the renovated building to the wing of the Hôtel de Cuzieu housing the existing offices. A social area, an exhibition space and the communications department are located on the first floor. The project also includes the creation of a panoramic lift serving the 3 levels of the connecting hall. Two ground-floor gardens will be laid out on either side of the connecting building.
