Program

Creation of a prestigious office building with six ground floor levels and two basement levels.

The new offices are housed in a former town house on the banks of the Seine, Cours Albert Ie, in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. A total of 3,000 sqm over 9 floors has been redesigned and fitted out, with particular attention paid to light, outdoor spaces and materials.

The façade of the building has been redesigned. It is a remarkable combination of stone and contemporary design. The interior of the offices stands out for its use of noble materials such as solid wood, stone and glass. The furniture chosen for each area is elegant and ergonomic.

A cafeteria and lounge welcomes visitors on the ground floor. Sliding walls allow the spaces to be used flexibly, transforming them into meeting rooms if required. On the upper floors, the office spaces are flex office, organised by team. Fully equipped meeting rooms are available on each landing. The floors also feature a multi-purpose meeting area. Finally, the basements include a large multimedia meeting room, changing rooms with showers, a bicycle room and a car park.
