Construction of a 36-unit luxury residential complex with basement parking in Seongnam, near Seoul.
The project consists of 7 buildings of 4 levels each, as well as a basement car park. Each unit in the residence is a villa in a garden. Only the parts necessary for the functioning of the residence are shared, such as the car park or the fitness room. Some flats are accessible from a small private garden in loggia.
All flats open onto the garden and the landscape. The day rooms are made up of large full-height windows that can be covered with interior blinds. The vegetation in the garden is in direct contact with the flats, regardless of the floor. Visitors access the building on foot from the guardhouse via a large black brick walkway. This driveway overhangs the bamboo gardens of the car parks. From the main driveway, it is possible to reach the large birch garden to the south of the buildings by crossing the pond.
