Construction of a 19-floor building comprising residential units, commercial space, offices and a car park.
Located near the exotic garden, Monte Carlo View is a 60-metre high residential tower project. The Monte Carlo View project asserts a contemporary architecture respecting the compositions of the classical architecture of Monaco by its implantation and its modenature.
The tower houses a commercial space and a caretaker’s flat on the ground floor, offices on the first three floors, and residential units from the fourth to the nineteenth and top floor. An underground car park extends over 6 levels. The entrance hall opens onto the building’s garden.
The facades on the Hector Otto Avenue side have a two-storey base (double-height entrance hall) emphasised by a setback and a metal hollow joint. It is extended by a restanque wall which supports the building and avoids a brutal rupture between the garden and the upper Avenue Hector Otto. The oriels give the building a slender and elegant character. The stone “brackets” and the side balconies allow the oriels to hang visually. They orientate the living rooms to open them up better, especially on the sea side, and protect them from the sun.
