The site is at the heart of an exceptional landscape, in the continuity of the hillsides of the Seine. Given its surface area, the plot can be considered as a piece of territory, and the project as a place of life on different scales.

The functional programme is based on 9 main functions:
– The training centre for professional football players
– The football training and pre-training centre
– The centre for the professional handball team and handball training
– The Paris Saint-Germain football association
– The Red and Blue School
– The media centre
– The site administration premises
– The 3000 to 5000 seat stadium
– The Campus House
A Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) will determine the choice of materials, in order to limit their quantity and efficiency, such as less carbon-intensive concretes, wood and bio-based materials (via certified circuits), and a limitation of polymers to the strict minimum.

We have designed the PSG Campus as a large park where vegetation and buildings that are both elegant and emblematic interact. The project takes advantage of the characteristics of the site to enhance its ecological diversity; on the scale of the territory, it ensures visual continuity and an adapted landscape transition.
