Program

Fitting out of Guy Savoy's new restaurant in the Hotel de la Monnaie de Paris. Located on the 2nd floor of the Quai de Conti, the 6 salons offer a unique view of the Seine and the Louvre.

Guy Savoy's historic restaurant on rue Troyon has moved into the Hotel de la Monnaie de Paris, as part of the complete redevelopment and revitalisation of one of the most beautiful historic sites in Paris.

In the lounges, the walls and ceilings are of the same colour Aplatte “Fonte” for the reception rooms 1, 3 and 5 and Aplatte “Recanati” for the lounges 2, 4 and 6. The existing parquet floor has been restored. In each room, it is enhanced by carpets with contemporary patterns. In some of the lounges, the installation of mirrors on the ceiling creates a dialogue between the Seine and the guests seated at tables. Thick curtains on the windows elegantly complete the ensemble. The round tables and comfortable seats are set at a reasonable distance from each other to allow for the privacy of the guests and the circulation of the staff.

A fine selection of contemporary works of art is displayed alongside the antique panelling.
