Programme

Construction of an office building.

Le design du bâtiment est défini par trois volumes distincts, deux perpendiculaires et un parallèle aux voies ferrées, favorisant ainsi une intégration harmonieuse avec l'environnement public et la coulée verte environnante.

Each facade of the building, designed to be viewed from three sides, emphasises key functions: the entrance, a garden and a viewpoint over the city, seeking to highlight urban diversity. The composition of the volumes helps to simplify the reading of the building, making it easier to understand and to access. The exterior spaces include gardens, ornamental patios and planted terraces, enriching the workspace and providing areas for relaxation.

Inside, the architecture is flexible, allowing for both open space and partitioned office configurations. The project uses quality materials for the decoration, in particular wood panelling and luminous coves, particularly in the reception area. The patio on the garden level is planted with tall trees, contributing to the aesthetics and comfort of the space.
