Program

Consolidation of the Servier group's research and innovation activities, currently spread over the Suresnes, Croissy, Gidy and Orleans sites, into a single institute on the Saclay plateau.

The European scientific and industrial innovation cluster of Paris-Saclay, at the heart of the Greater Paris project, was chosen as the location for the Servier group's research and innovation activities because of its economic dynamism and its proximity to strategic private and public research players.

The new Servier Laboratories research centre is located on a 24,000 sqm plot of land. It consists of an R+3 building of circular shape on which 5 buildings are connected. It is an original and two-dimensional project, both industrial and tertiary. In the centre, the federating ring houses the programme’s tertiary spaces. To the west, three rectangular buildings house the research laboratories, while to the east, two buildings house the nursery and other tertiary spaces.

The central garden, a real green lung of the project with selected species, extends these different spaces by offering places to relax and meet outside through terraces and a water mirror type basin. It is also in line with the natural continuity of the neighbouring park which borders it. This garden is reserved for the staff of the research institute.
