Program

Construction of a residential tower.

Located to the east of the Principality, in a quiet, mainly residential area, the Mona tower emerges from the terraced gardens that are laid out between Tenao boulevard and Giroflees street.

The Mona Tower asserts a resolutely contemporary architecture through the work on the façades. The orthogonal, almost crystalline facades offer large sliding windows to maximise the amount of natural light in the building. In contrast to these orthogonal facades, the balconies are curvilinear and undulating. This particular shape will not only give the tower a unique character, but also provide generous outdoor space for the flats. In addition, the projecting balconies provide shade to the facades and reduce the building’s air conditioning requirements.

The tower has 22 floors, the last two of which include two duplex flats with roof terraces, swimming pools and green spaces. The ground floor includes a spa/fitness area with indoor pool and a business area.
