Construction of two residential towers in Busan, South Korea
The unique architectural concept of this residential tower is centred around a circular, transparent car lift. It not only facilitates the transport of vehicles, but also serves as an aesthetic centrepiece. This feature, visible day and night, gives the structure a singular dynamism and personality, making it a distinct work of art in the urban panorama. The lift allows residents and visitors to see the cars in motion.e. Each flat is designed around this element, with a car showroom separating the daytime and night-time living spaces. Located close to the famous Haeundae beach, the site makes the most of its surroundings, offering breathtaking views of Busan Bay and the ocean.
The flats are designed like airy villas, with vast outdoor spaces including swimming pools, terraces and gardens.This fusion of interior and exterior creates a harmonious and luminous living experience, emphasising the proximity to nature while offering a luxurious living environment in one of South Korea's most dynamic districts.
