Construction of a 4* hotel complex on the Isle-Adam golf course, including 67 rooms, a bar, a gourmet restaurant, a spa, meeting rooms and an outdoor pool.
Oriented towards nature and well-being, the project is totally integrated into its natural and landscaped environment thanks to a contemporary and uncluttered interpretation of rural architecture with a "country house" spirit.
Like juxtaposed farmhouses, the buildings respond to each other by staggered alignments of largely glazed gables. This volumetry is reminiscent of the traditional farm buildings developed around imposing interior courtyards. The two-sloped roofs are the result of a search for harmony in the proportions of the gables and the slopes. They take up the proportions of the neighbouring building but with a more contemporary treatment.
The landscape vocabulary used is based on the observation of the site’s surroundings and its history, and particularly the vegetation, both in the choice of species and in their use and arrangement. In a natural forest setting, the use of local vegetation in respect of the ecosystem is one of the foundations of our intervention.
