Creation of a housing complex
BOREALES is a housing development in line with the strong growth of Clichy. Aimed at attracting a family audience, it offers flats that can be customised and upgraded to suit all household needs.
The noble materials used in the construction of this project, such as stone, are in keeping with the Clichy town colour chart. To create a feeling of lightness, the façade elements will all be in very light colours, close to white.
Balconies will be created on all levels. On the top floors, duplex flats will have terraces with wooden decking. The roofs will be flat and planted with vegetation.
The demolition of the existing buildings on the plot was necessary to create the housing scheme. It is organised around a comb-shaped building divided into 4 distinct units, each served by 2 cores, for a total of 8 halls, each serving 40 to 45 apartments.
