Construction of a development comprising 117 homes, including 24 social housing units, 12 shops and a basement car park.
This housing and commercial development is part of Draveil's "Centre-Ville" mixed development zone (ZAC).
The project blends into its surroundings, respecting the historic and contemporary dimensions of the town between the Château de Paris-Jardin and the Market Hall, through the use of noble materials such as stone, and through the modern treatment of the metal cladding on the dormers and loggias, bringing a dynamic to the project. In response to the mansard roofs of the surrounding buildings, the roofs of the buildings feature mansard roofs with champagne-coloured metal-framed dormer windows. The large windows in the living areas make the most of the light and views. The depth of the façade created by the loggias and the sunshades provide protection against street noise, cold in winter and heat in summer.
On the ground floor, dark-coloured stone topped by a dark metal fascia framing the shop windows and residential entrances form a base for the buildings.
