Renovation of a former courthouse on the Dakar plateau in Senegal into a complex comprising a palace of the arts, housing and a hotel.
Located on the Plateau de Dakar, the former courthouse is about to be transformed into a vibrant real estate complex. At the heart of the project is the conversion of this historic building into a Palais des Arts dedicated to a variety of artistic disciplines. This new cultural space will be accompanied by modern residences, following the demolition of a number of existing structures.
The project also includes the construction of a conference hall, an office building and a luxury hotel, adjacent to a restaurant that will serve as a meeting place for artists, residents and visitors. This ambitious development aims to revitalize the architectural heritage while enriching Dakar’s cultural and social life.
