Creation of a design training centre for Dongduk Women's University
The architectural project involves the creation of a design training centre for Dongduk Women's University in Seoul's fashion district: Cheongdam-dong.
The facades of the building are covered with square modules measuring one metre twenty on each side, reflecting the light. These modules are all at slightly different angles, revealing subtle asperities and giving a strong character to the facades: an image of freedom within a structured framework.
The interior spaces have been designed to be spacious and open. The large bay windows allow light to flood into the building, creating a calm and serene atmosphere, ideal for study.
At the top of the building, a spacious roof terrace offers students a privileged resting place and an unobstructed view of the surrounding area.
