Construction of a holiday villa.
In Ramatuelle, on a plot of land in continuity with the beach, the W&A agency came to substitute a contemporary house for a holiday villa without character.
On one level, but slightly off the ground, this minimalist house offers large glass roofs allowing a real osmosis between interior and exterior. The gable roof of the existing house, which was partially demolished and extended, is replaced by a flat roof that ensures better integration with the landscape of dunes, umbrella pines and halophytic shrubs characteristic of the wild landscapes of the Mediterranean coast.
The interior design of the house reaffirms the minimalist character of the façade. The large living room has impressive panoramic windows. In the second part of the town there are three beautiful suites. Each has its own bathroom and offers a panoramic view of the outdoor facilities. A 100 sqm infinity pool with a large lounge terrace is located close to the villa.
