Program

Renovation and extension of a building dating from the 70s into a 5* Palace Hotel and SPA on the Côte d'Azur.

Set in the middle of a hill of holm oaks and umbrella pines, in harmony with an extraordinary natural environment, the 5* Hotel-Spa La Réserve is an elegant and discreet refuge.

This exceptional establishment with its clean lines is part of a 9,000 m² estate that already includes 12 villas for rent. Amidst the villas, the roof
of the main building, accented with a pagoda of the future, catches the eye. While respecting the footprint of the existing derelict building, whose volumes, rendering and bricks have been preserved, the project blends perfectly into the Mediterranean landscape.

With 7 rooms and 16 suites ranging from 50 m² to 100 m², each with its own terrace or private garden, the hotel uses natural materials in a magnificent palette of ochre, white and sandy tones, echoing its surroundings.

A 1,000 m² spa, two indoor and outdoor pools, a hammam, a bar and a restaurant complete the hotel’s facilities.
