Creation of a mixed-use real estate development combining a high-end hotel with a residential complex dedicated to tourism and hospitality
At the edge of the historic center of La Ciotat, facing the coastline, this mixed-use development entrusted to Wilmotte & Associés combines a high-end hotel with a residential complex dedicated to tourism and hospitality.
The ground floor, conceived as a base, contrasts with the lightness and transparency of the upper levels. The steps of the esplanade extend into the interior and enhance the double-height lobby, while the transparency of the façades and the choice of materials strengthen the dialogue between the hotel and the city, visually extending the public space into the heart of the building.
On the first floor, a multimodal space is organized around the restaurant and the lounge bar, open to both residents and visitors. The terraces offer privileged views over the marina.
Serving as the true pivots of the project, light wells bring together the hotel and serviced residence programs. From floor 2 to 3, natural light—filtered through the swimming area—floods the walkways leading to the 78 guest rooms and 24 apartments. Twelve exceptional suites open onto vast panoramic terraces facing the sea.
