On June 29, the KRESK Group inaugurated its new offices, designed by Wilmotte & Associés and located at 38 cours Albert 1er in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The new offices are located in a former hôtel particulier along the banks of the Seine, Cours Albert Ier. The 3,000 m² of space, spread over 9 floors, has been redesigned and refurbished, with particular attention paid to light, outdoor spaces and materials.
The building is certified NF HQE Excellent, Breeam Very Good and Bâtiment Biosourcé level 3, thanks to part of its wooden structure and the use of algae-based paint. It also incorporates 52 m² of photovoltaic panels that will supply 10% of the building's electricity during operation.
