Business Development Assistant – Tenders

Wilmotte & Associés is seeking a Business Development Assistant – Tenders to join its team in Paris starting in July 2026. You will support the Business Development Manager in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of tender submissions. You will be involved in compiling and formatting application documents, collecting administrative paperwork, managing submission platforms, and monitoring deadlines and internal requests.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of tender opportunities on the French market
• Team assembly in collaboration with the Business Development Manager
• Preparation of tender application files
• Participation in drafting team presentation notes and motivation statements
• Updating project sheets in collaboration with the Communications team
• General market monitoring in France (upcoming projects, ongoing projects in major cities and metropolitan areas, etc.)
• Identification and prospecting of new partners

You may also be required to assist the Communications Officer.

Candidate profile

• Excellent command of M2BPO, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to produce presentation documents with strong layout, graphic, and aesthetic quality
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Ability to operate at multiple levels: management, projects, and day-to-day operations
• Team spirit, reliability, responsiveness, and discretion

Language skills

Excellent written communication skills in both French and English.

Required experience

A first experience in an architectural practice or engineering consultancy is preferred.

Starting date

As soon as possible.
