The Anima Lamp created by Wilmotte & Industries in collaboration with Lumina Italia won a 2024 Prize Designs for Modern Furniture + Lighting Award from the Chicago Athenaeum.
Anima – the first collaboration with the famous architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte – is a reinterpretation of the lampshade.
Its turned aluminium body gives it a classic yet modern look. Equipped with an advanced LED source and specially designed optics, it diffuses a powerful yet soft light through opaline glass, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The brushed stainless steel stem, revealing a coloured fabric power cable, adds a touch of colour and texture. The clear glass base, enhanced by an anodised ring, and a turned aluminium dimmer offer technical sophistication and lighting adaptability.
