In this sense Wilmotte & Associés has taken all the necessary measures to ensure the ability of our employees to continue their missions from their home.
Home-office has been set up, as well as access to the technological infrastructure allowing to connect to the server and meetings by teleconference or videoconference.

The grand opening of the entirely refurbished Congress Center of the city of Le Touquet took place on Saturday February 29, in the presence of Mrs Lussignol, Mayor of Le Touquet, Mr Jean-François Rapin, Senator, Mr Daniel Fasquelle, Deputy. After two years of construction, this Touquet's iconic building proposes today new, multipurpose, flexible and modular spaces, including the 1,200-seat Maurice Ravel concert hall, which welcomed the Douai orchestra for its first concert. Respectful of the existing and perfectly integrated into the landscape, this grafting project is the starting point for a new stage in the history of this architectural heritage and above all, it helps this public facility entering the 21st century.
"Charlotte Perriand Photographies" exhibition at the Institut de France from February 13 to March 22, 2020
The French Academy of Fine Arts exhibits a selection of 48 photographs selected from the Charlotte Perriand’s photographic collection, French architect and designer (1903-1999), as an extension of the exhibition dedicated to her at the Louis Vuitton Foundation. This exhibition takes place in the Pavillon Comtesse de Caen, whose renovation has been entrusted to the architect and academician Jean-Michel Wilmotte.

Two projects of Wilmotte & Associés are part of the MIPIM Awards 2020's shortlist:
-Metz Congress Robert Schuman in the category “Best cultural & sports infrastructure”,
-Hotel Lutetia, the 1st palace on Paris Left Bank, in the category “Best refurbished building”.
The winning projects will be announced on Thursday, March 12, in the late afternoon. During the MIPIM, all finalist projects will be presented in the Awards gallery.
Since 1990, MIPIM has been the largest international real estate fair bringing together the most influential players in the sector. In 2020, it will take place from March 10 to 13 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes.

From January 23 to February 17, discover the "Anatole" collection , imagined by Wilmotte & Industries for Koleksiyon, at the LAB of the RBC showroom, located in 40 rue Violet, 75015 Paris! For the first time at RBC Paris, a tribute to the work of internationally renowned architect, urban planner and designer Jean-Michel Wilmotte, is materialized through the exhibition of his latest collection of office furniture "Anatole" in new finishes. Two new products are presented exclusively: the Pole Shelve and the Anatole Cabinet which have benn added to the Anatole collection.
The Grand Exhibition of the Made in France will take place in Paris, at the Elysee Palace, this weekend, on January 18 and 19. On this occasion, 101 products “made in France”, or one per department, will be exhibited.
The project “Tabourets & table à vis sans fin” designed by the design studio Wilmotte & Industries for the project “Hotel White 1921” in Courchevel and manufactured by IMAGE, was selected for this exhibition and will represent the department of Rhône (69).
On Thursday, January, 16th was the launch of the collection of lighting “Versailles”, the result of collaboration between Jean-Michel Wilmotte, world-reknowned architect and Delisle, high-end bespoke lighting and furniture manufacturer since 1895, member of the Comité Colbert and certified “Living Heritage Company” thanks to its exceptional savoir-faire. The collection is now on display at the Delisle showroom located in the Marais.

On Monday, January 13, 2020 - the second phase of the international architecture competition for the redevelopment of the Neuville Chartreuse's outbuildings - launched in 2018 in partnership with the Wilmotte Foundation and with the support of the Enterprises and Cities Endowment Fund - was won by a Belgian-Portuguese team composed of Charles Cossement, Marcelo Cardia and João Siopa Alves, with their project "The Presence of the Void".
The jury of the competition, chaired by Jean-Michel Wilmotte and composed of architects, urban planners, local elected officials and qualified personalities, paid a strong attention to respect for the history, culture of the place and the project.
After pre-building studies, work is expected to begin in 2021.

On Saturday, January 11, the ceremony of the 1st stone of the ZAC “Centre-ville” was held in Draveil in the presence of Olivier Wigniolle (Ceo, Icade), Borina Andrieu (Managing Director, Wilmotte & Associés Architectes) and Georges Tron (Former Minister, Mayor of Draveil, Departmental Councillor - Township of Draveil).
Located in 19 km south of Paris, Draveil enjoys a privileged location thanks to its landscape environment and its proximity to public transport and parks. These conditions make it possible to create an exceptional place, in the image of the city: in the same time historical and contemporary.
The project developed by teams Wilmotte, highlighting the heritage, public spaces and is characterized by simple forms.
The program offers 117 apartments located in four buildings with commerces on the ground floor and a private garden. All apartments have an outdoor space and large floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Wilmotte 2020 New Year’s celebration took place in an exceptional place, Le Dernier Etage! With its industrial design and its panoramic view of Paris, this 730 sqm space provided the perfect setting for a unique event.

In the ranking of the 100 most important architectural agencies established by the English magazine Building Design for the year 2020, the W&A agency gains 5 places and climbs to the 60th position!
Following the success of the exhibition "Venice ‘55 / ’65" which brought together two great photographers Gianni Gardin and Sergio Del Pero, the Wilmotte Foundation and the Circolo Fotografico la Gondola are renewing their collaboration.
This new exhibition "La Dolce Venezia" stages images, memories, which transcribe the plural spirit of the city of the Doges, the beauty of its forms, of its architecture, out of time and in the same time extremely alive. The works chosen highlight the constant dialogue between its architectural heritage and the life.
More than thirty photographs from the Circolo La Gondola photographic archives (including more than 25,000 photographs of post-war Italy) will accompany the visitor throughout his visit. Through works by well-known and lesser-known artists, the exhibition will highlight Venetian daily life, memories of the city, of which architecture is the witness; but also dreams and the future.

Located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, next to Saint-Jean Paul II Park and the Swiss Hospital, the Domaine de la Reine Margot will be entirely refurbished by Wilmotte et Associés Architectes.
The project calls for the renovation of the Foyer de la Solitude and the construction of a new building to house a 5-star, 83-room establishment, MGallery Hotel Collection, of the Accor group, and a restaurant to be run by chef Christian Constant. The project will also revitalize green spaces by preserving the garden, which will be recomposed and replanted.
The first stone was laid on December 12 in the presence of André Santini, mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux, Vice-President of the Greater Paris metropolis, Sébastien Bazin, President and CEO of the ACCOR group and the Father Jean-Marc Micas, superior of the Province of France, Company of the Priests of Saint-Sulpice.
The first stone for the H2B office building was laid on December 10.
Located between the ZAC Entrée de ville and the historical city center of Clichy, in a constrained urban context, H2B is an office building of almost 14,000 m² developing across different levels of cascading terraces, whose heights vary from R+1 to R+8. The project is enriched with 1,800 m² of landscaped areas. Designed for GDG group, this project will be delivered in the first half of 2021.
As Jean-Michel Wilmotte explains, "With its two patios in the center, which extend towards the street and in height, through the roof terraces, H2B is a project turned towards well-being which, moreover, follows a exemplary environmental approach".
On November 4, 2019, Jean-Michel Wilmotte was the guest of honor at the Innovation Day in Architecture and Construction in Moscow (Russia), organized by Batiactu Group and sponsored by the Ministry of Russian Construction.
Every year, this forum brings together more than 3,000 professionals (prime contractors, public and private clients, construction companies, investors, public authorities) to discuss current and future issues of the sector. Jean-Michel Wilmotte and Borina Andrieu were the main speakers at the inaugural conference "Architecture of Identity and Identity of Architecture", during which they presented projects of rehabilitation of historic buildings, projects with innovative architecture, as well as the Prix W 2020 award launched by the Wilmotte Foundation.
On November 20, 2019, the second phase of the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles modernization took place in the presence of, among others, Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti (Managing Director of Viparis), Serge Trigano (Founder of Mama Shelter), Christophe Cuvillier (Chairman of the Executive Board of Unibail-Rodamco), Didier Kling (President CCI Paris IDF), Sébastien Bazin (President of Accor Group) and Philippe Goujeon (Mayor of the 15th arrondissement).
The hotel complex, designed by Wilmotte et Associés, is part of this modernization phase and includes two hotels: Hôtel Mama Shelter, which refers to the spirit of a happy chaos with its colors, textures and different environments; and Hôtel Novotel, which allows to escape in contemporary spaces with chic tribal.
On Thursday, November 14, Wilmotte & Associés opened a new office in Milan, the design capital of the world. Called "Studio Wilmotte Milano", this space will present a selection of products designed by the Wilmotte & Industries' team, the design studio of Wilmotte & Associés.
Tuesday, November 12 - The W&A team from the south, made up of 30 persons, celebrated its 6 years of installation in the offices of the Allianz Riviera stadium in Nice, designed by Wilmotte & Associés!
It's official ! Two 5-star hotels redesigned by Wilmotte & Associés have obtained the prestigious "Palace" label for a period of 5 years: the Lutetia hotel in Paris and the Cheval Blanc hotel in Saint-Tropez. Thanks to this distinction, the emblematic Lutetia becomes the first palace on Paris Left Bank!
